Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

We have high hopes that you will not need to return one of our products, but in the event that you're not happy with one of our products, we'll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price of the item if it is returned in new condition within 10 days of product delivery. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

If our product is not what you ordered, we will exchange it for the correct product within 14 business days of the purchase date. The original item must be returned in like new condition. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Any product that has modifications or customizations WILL NOT be accepted as return or refund. Custom products and or monogrammed products cannot be resold and therefore will not be eligible for returns.

Warranty Info

At Bell Robertson, our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty covers manufacturers defects and/or defective leather or canvas. It does not cover neglect, misuse, staining, or the natural aging/patina process of the product.

For ALL leather items: We use only full-grain leather and as such all of the natural range markings are visible including light scratches, gain lines, bug bites and branding. This contributes to the uniqueness and beauty of each leather good and is characterized by unique varying grain patterns and the subtleties of color and texture created by dyes and finishes. Please expect some of these natural markings and variations with any leather item offered as it is inherent in the offering of full-grain leather goods.
